The ban will go into effect in the state next March

i hope it's not a huge farce as ours has been in Australia!!!!

Don't praise Cuomo who has done so much harm to our state. While nice, this bill has so many holes in it and exceptions as to make it much less effective than other states. If you will, this is like McDonalds move that puts paper straws in plastic cups!
