As England continues to clean up its cities and sort through court cases brought on by this month's riots, one may wonder what ripens conditions for social unrest in other areas of the world.

whilst i agree that poverty plays its part in riots theres not actually a food shortage in england, a nutrion shortage maybe! the riots in england were sparked by police brutality and poverty and a general feeling of ''i have nothing left to lose.'' i am british living in holland, i live way below the poverty line but i always have food :S
