well i live very close to the C vally and it is the same as every place else we have got to do something drastic to combat this terrible problem,it already is a plague.

well it sounds like getting the youth involved as cadates is a good start.

it is like elementary school kids being hall monotors. the kids seem to be able to help the other kids be more respectful and to follow rules.

when you give kids the opportunity to make a difference they respond and it is easier for those who live in the area to make a difference instead of bringing in outsiders.

hopefully this cadet program will make a difference and be a good start to helping the youth in this area begin to have thier pride returned and give them something to do that makes them feel they are making a difference.
