GREAT FALLS - Officials with the Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks Department say mule deer numbers are on the decline.

When the idiots that are essentially responsible for the decline by the killing for pleasure lobby, say something is on the decline, it must be pretty serious! I note they add a footnote or afterthought to placate the bloodthirsty that the population will soon bounce back. Leave nature alone and it is quite capable and adept at self regulation unlike politicains or indeed human beings! Politicians not being of the genus homo sapiens but the genus, homo selfservicus!

So, the mule deer population is on the decline, but they are still going to allow them to be hunted. I don't get it. They blame it on the weather, but I don't believe it. It wouldn't have anything to do with the hunters, would it?
