The dog 'owners' should have done more to keep their dogs on their own property BUT that does NOT give Capretta ther right to shoot, torture and murder the dogs! What a cruel, heartless, sadistic piece of sh*t!! I hope he ROTS in HELL!!

The only one that deserves to die like that is the asshole that did this to the dog. But the owners do have a responsibility to keep their dogs from intruding on others property. Sick freak. I hope he goes to prison and meets Bubba.

I agree with Laura, the owners needed to take more care of their dogs. They had previous problems with this low life and should have taken measures to be cautious and keep their dogs in their home. But whatever the case this scum had no right to kill the dogs and I hope he gets big time jail.

There is a law that makes owners responsible for their loose dogs. The dogs should have never left their property especially if there was any previous problem. Regardless of how hideous of a human being the perp was, and that he will be punished for his actions, probably not even close to what he deserves, there are people who shouldn't have animals,or children.

Like I keep saying...
once again an animal pays with it's life because of the cruelty and stupidity of humans...

I think this man is deranged and I would be afraid to ever have a sadist such as this loose on the public.

Instead of arresting him ,why didn't the police just shoot him and save our taxpayer's money. The trial costs and so does keeping the creep in jail.He does not deserve better. He could have reported these dog owners and left the law take care of it The poor dogs had to pay with their lives for people not doing right

True, the owners were irresponsible for letting their dogs run loose, knowing this buttwad was trouble. Their thoughtlessness and lack of attention for their dogs led to their deaths. Especially knowing this human reject had shot one of their dogs before!!!!!! C'mon.

That said, the sadistic bas***d needs to be recycled and save the taxpayer three hots and a cot. Let him be dragged around behind an ATV for awhile by cable and see how he likes it.

As it seems the dogs had left their house many times so the owners should have done sth about this. They understood that this person was insane and sick so they should have protected their animals better since they had already lost one. Honestly, I'm completely angry with the owners. And of course I want justice to be served and the psycho to be punished.

How barbaric!!! They should shoot the man and then drag him bahind an ATV, and then put him in prison! If and when he gets out, I wonder how many dogs he would repeat his actions on?

We are pretty touchy up here with our animals. Some are great about getting out if they set their minds to it. I am not so sure I'd "blame" the owner as some do all they can but some dogs are runners. We DON'T tolerate animal cruelty here. We keep upping the laws to protect animals but some people are just plain sick fr's. To drag this dog clearly shows this man should be put away. We have even had a lady shoot a dog for stepping on her property. Give me a break, it is an animal and doing no harm. We have had police officers shoot pitbulls for just being pitbulls out of fear and no threat. I have a huge fenced yard, keep my dog in the house but occationally she will knock down someone to get out the front door and run. I get in the car and tell her we are going bye bye and she comes. Food always works with her. The fear I feel for her safety is unbelievable. My neighbors all have dogs, fenced yards. If one gets out, we ususally will catch it and return it. We try and look out for each others animals. No excuse for this mans action. The dog was being a dog and no matter what, he did have the right to live!

I am so sorry for the children and the family who lost Molly, I am so tired of reading of stories where some animal is being dragged to death, poisioned, shot or set on fire what is going on in the world today. Someone once told me that the way a society treats their animals is the way they treat each other. I hope this guy gets the stiffest penalty possible and hopeful maybe one day he will have something taken from him he treasures. I am sorry if my comment offends anyone. It's my B-day.
