Hmm... yes, I read it, and it was as I suspected: a subtle liberal promotion of the fake "war against terrorism", which is actually a war OF TERROR, for U.S.-led first world domination of Third World nation-states, to enable exploitation of Third World workers and resources by multinational corporations from the first world.

I.e. it talked about "waging the war on terror differently", but it did use lies and deceptioon to try to trick people into supporting that imperialist war, and first world domination of the world.

I recommend that you get information from non-capitalist media (media that is owned and controlled by the working class), instead of from the capitalist media (media that is owned and controlled by the megarich and exploitative capitalist class).
