its high time these issues for the native Indians were settled. It's time to acknowledge that they were the first inhabitants in North Americaand that they have rights. Wrongs should be righted wherever possible. its never too late

I reckon Native Americans have more rights. I am not American or Native, just a humble person from across the pond that happens to be extremely interested in NA. I am very spiritual, which makes some people laugh and make fun, but I know what is right and ethical, and I really wish and prayer for this to be settled fairly and justly. tHANKS lONE. XX

Thank you Ty.

They need protection like crazy and not be taken into trailers and have the gas and electricity shut off.

All of us that have come over here via Immigration have done way to much damage to our REAL AMERICANS in my opinion.

If we took care of the USA like they did we would never have all of the problems that we face in todays society!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i agree with all the comments. but our arrival was not a completely a bad thing. native americans were stuck in the stone age when the entire planet had moved on. and why don't we all check out how these cultures treated their women. you're gonna bump into an unpleasant surprise.

I don't agree with Ambrose Merly that the Native Americans were stuck in the Stone Age. Every tribe has and had it's own culture and as far as I know the women looked after the children worked on the land while the men went out hunting for Buffalo meat. The women didn't do anything different as the farmers do now. They help on the land and with the stock. To me that's what the Native Americans did before the so called Christians got there to rescue them. I say so called Christians as they brought diseases with them the Native Americans had no cure for and thus died of them.

The Native Americans had a cure for everything the knew could go wrong with them. Like us they went to the DR only they called him the Medicine Man! Isn't that what a DR is? I believe so as we go to the DR if something ails us and get some medicine for it to get better. The only thing was there were no medicines for Measles or any of the White Man's ailments. Sometimes even the White Man had nothing to cure these ailments either and people died.

Joan says it right, The Native American knew what to do and didn't go over their Rations if you want to call it that. They weren't greedy like the White Man is. Most of us will take whatever we want NOT what we need. That's where obesity sets in. They give what they don't need back . They have all sorts of herbs and seeds and plants for the illnesses they could get. We didn't know anything and could quite easily poison ourselves. What is happening now? Where do the so called Herbalists come from? And why do so many people all of a sudden turn to the old way of medicine? Because it is sometimes safer or even better for you and wasn't that what tha Native Americans were doing and using?

We owe all Original People all the aboriginals of every country All Over the world. They all treated Mother earth with a lot more respect than we ever have done and we still haven't learned! Or have we? Where does the Global Warming come from? Where do all the diseases the animals are picking up now come from? Have we got a cure for them? Or is it too late for our Wild Life?

The Natives, where ever you go knew when the right time was to do certain things. They knew when it was safe to burn back or to pick certain berries as being picked earlier or later they might be poiseness. We don't know! But we've found out that the Natives weren't so dumb after all and started asking for their help and advice. At least here they started doing that. Are you doing that with the Native Americans? I don't think so by the looks of it. You killed their Buffalo and killed so many there are hardly any left! I believe it's about time that the White Man started learning to have RESPECT for our worl or EARTH.
