When Judge Henry Kennedy Jr. ordered the release of a Guantánamo Bay detainee last spring, the case appeared to be a routine setback for an Obama administration that has lost a string of such cases.

Sorry Michelle but I seem to having computer problems this a.m. - will try to remember to come back, but based on the headline and little text here, these days I think the President is finding out just how incredibly hard his job is. Certainly is a thankless one - while their in office anyway... xo - pam

I wouldn't have Obama's job for anything even the Taj Mahal. Should we prosecute these terrorists or just keep them in prison. Guantanamo is a headache. The politicians should be kept out of it because they will screw everything up. Lets close it up and prosecute the people here in this country. Lets get it over with. We certainly are capable and we have maximum prisons.

Terrible. The ruling class in the US conceal the truth from its people again and again. And the people just don't learn! They have been brainwashed into believing there is a new enemy! And so the vampire squid that is US foreign policy goes on and on and on. Can it afford another war? Almost makes you wish for the ongoing process of the dollar's collapse to hasten.
