I do not understand how anyone could do this....
Rest In Peace little one, rest with the angels.

This is hard to think about. At least this little one is with God, and not suffering with the unfeeling mother. Noted with sadness.

And to think that there are people in this world who would have loved to adopt a newborn bady. This is tragic. God is letting his angels take care of this angel.....and I hope the woman gets what she deserves.

None of us can know what was in this young woman's mind or heart when she did this. I cannot imagine the terror of having to hide a pregnancy. No woman should have to give birth in solitude. It is inhumane. How easy it is to condemn another human being if we have never been in a similar situation.

Who are we to decide what this woman "deserves"? We don't have enough information to make any judgment. Was the woman a victim of rape or incest? Nobody knows. Was the baby born alive? Speculation, but no evidence one way or the other. Is the woman mentally ill or mentally retarded? Not everything is black or white.

It's really easy to jump up on a high horse and judge someone, but would you want to have lived the life that brought her to this act? I know I would not. "Judge not." the book says, "Lest you might also be judged."
