i never crave junk but i will always have my coffee & there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, new research has proven the benefits!

No way I'll stop drinking coffee, or wine, or a good artisanal pizza (I don't consider it junk, in Italy it is not considered junk, the US has made it unhealthy), or a good cheese from a family farm... You can turn junk food into more healthy options, for example, I eat vegan burgers! Article shared as well
