Today, admitted killer George Zimmerman is a free man. Let's turn our pain and rightful frustration into action, and grow a movement to hold accountable a criminal justice system that fails Black Americans every day.

Zimmerman's lawyers said today he'll get his pistol back. Maybe the laws need to change.
In 2004, Zimmerman opened up an Allstate insurance satellite office. Then came 2005, and a series of troubles. Zimmerman's business failed, he was arrested, and he broke off an engagement with a woman who filed a restraining order against him. That July, Zimmerman was charged with resisting arrest, violence, and battery of an officer after shoving an undercover alcohol-control agent who was arresting an under-age friend of Zimmerman's at a bar. He avoided conviction by agreeing to participate in a pre-trial diversion program that included anger-management classes.

In August, Zimmerman's fiancee at the time, Veronica Zuazo, filed a civil motion for a restraining order alleging domestic violence. Zimmerman reciprocated with his own order on the same grounds, and both orders were granted. The relationship ended.

"These @##holes," Zimmerman said , "they always get away." F##K ' ING COON !!!

"shaking my head in disbelief. a child was murdered. " I thought he was an assailant at the time this unfortunate outcome resulted.

"By quickly bringing civil rights charges against George Zimmerman, you can help reaffirm the value of Black life and send a strong message that the lives of Black youth are precious." If this sentence suggests that we must be outraged if a person of African descent is injured while committing a crime, that is really something - it is a racist statement. I thought Mr. Zimmerman was defending his person and the jury found that he should never have been brought to trial for that. Of course this occurrence is still a tragedy. It is a tragedy any time life is brought to an end prematurely. No life is more valuable than any other - every one is precious.

Signed and noted and commented - This is NOT the Wild West. Mr Zimmerman went gunning for someone, especially a someone of color. If he would have stayed in his car as ordered by the police, Trayvon Martin would be alive oday. This sets a dangerous precedent in America. It scares me.

For justice to be done, it must be seen to be done. I have not seen any justice, only racism.

Why would the media pick up this case in particular, when there are so many tragedies across the U.S. every day? Because they can get people whipped up with it. Look around you, people. Stop your emotional tirades long enough to see that they are still forcing GMOs into our market place, still killing innocent people abroad in our names, and still passing legislation which guts the Bill of Rights and Constitution and legally takes away our natural state of freedom. We cannot afford to get sucked into dramas in which we have no part. The U.S. is sliding off a cliff of corruption due to distraction and complacency.
