Nepal and China are set to sign a trans-boundary agreement by the end of the month that includes improving cross-border traffic, enhancing information sharing and curbing cross-border trade in endangered species, including tigers and rhinos.

Simone, seriously, unless China really does what it says, I don't think it will actually try to stop the tiger trade. It has allowed so much even after signing CITES and passing laws to stop this insanity.

I agree Jen, sadly, I can not see China either trying to stop this .
