No one knows when it started, maybe it was always going on, but this woman began stealing people's pets, pets that were put up for adoption, any way she could get her hands on cats and dogs, she managed to do it and bring them to her torture house.

In Farmingdale, Long Island, a woman lived with her husband and children in a private house. When her husband died in a car crash, the neighbors felt this young mother "went over the edge" and offered "assistance" of comfort and support. No one knows when it started, maybe it was always going on, but this woman began stealing people's pets, pets that were put up for adoption, any way she could get her hands on cats and dogs, she managed to do it and bring them to her torture house. The neighbors suspected something and people did call the ASPCA but nothing was done. Then someone made a call and they must have reached the right person. This woman's house was raided and then the digging began in her backyard. She not only ran a house of pain and suffering, she had her own private pet cemetary. People's loving pets that never came home, homeless pets that were put up for adoption, hungry animals roaming the streets. She couldn't wait to get them home and starve, beat, torture, whatever it was that made her feel good. Then she killed them, one by one. Upon raiding her home, emaciated dogs were found in dirty, foul smelling cages, and wounded and injured, terrified animals were found, not realizing how close they were to their moment of being used for this pathetically disturbed woman's gratification. There is a link that psychologists and medical professionals have made between animal abuse and serial killers of human beings. Nearly most if not all serial killers interviewed admitted they started with the same proclivity for hurting living creatures that this woman did. What is so frightening now that she has been arrested, is, that she has been let out on her own recognizance meaning that money or property were put up as collateral ensuring that she will make her next court appearance. But what guarantee is there that she won't continue hurting animals? What guarantee is there that she won't start killing people? Who knows if she already has? Just because no evidence of a homicide has been linked to her doesn't mean she hasn't killed humans. There are missing people who have never been found. Who knows what she has done? Isn't it safe to assume that anyone who can torture and kill at the level that she has taken this to, is capable of anything. Why is the money so important? The bail money or the property put up as collateral for her freedom when she has deprived who knows how many household pets and homeless animals of their freedom, not to mention food, water, medical care. She let them die in a hell that she created just for them. I don't believe that her husband's death was anything but an excuse to go full circle with her one joyful pleasure, torture. We , the undersigned, are asking the court to put this woman in a psychiatric facility, a prison, or at least in a supervised environment where her actions will be under constant supervision. It should be obvious to any judge or psychiatrist that this woman is too dangerous to be free to her own devices. How can any court with the public's interests to think about let an individual with this need level to commit the most vile and unspeakable acts of torture in the history of Suffolk County be free until her next court date? Please take her out of society until her trial.

As an experienced Licensed Social Worker (LS) in three States: New York, California and Hawai'i; your statement, "What is so frightening...let out on her own recognizance meaning that money or property were put up as collateral." is erroneous. Own Recognizance Release (Release O. R.) is no-cost bail. Defendants released on their own recognizance need only sign a written promise to appear as required. No amount of bail has to be paid, either to the court or to a bail bond seller. However, all other aspects of bail remain the same. That is, a judge can place conditions on a defendant released O.R., (such as to check in regularly with a probation officer and to abstain from the use of drugs or alcohol) or in this case most likely a judge will order a PSYCHOLOGICAL/PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION OR MENTAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT OF DEFENDANT. Please be accurate in your language to legitimize your above-mentioned petition. As a LSW I submitted to the courts evaluations/assessments of defendants and know the law from my near twenty years of working as an expert witness within the court system. Please be accurate in your language to legitimize your above-mentioned petition especially your undocumented assertions on alleged human killings.

Psychiatric Evaluation? Are you kidding me? I know all about ROR. I am a CRJ graduate and I studied the pathology of serial killers and animal killers. A colligiate dictionary Websters mentioned property and money in RECOGNIZANCE. So take up your technical argument with them. All the evaluations in the world don't change what was found in that house and in the ground. You apparently do not know the pathology of serial killers and animal killers. Just because there is no human bodies or links to murders of humans doesn't mean that she hasn't done them. The risk of her being on the streets is too high for public safety and that of animals. You are so busy trying to show off your credentials and I am trying to save animals. Which is more important? And Dave, please people want to know the basics of the story and many already do. There is no need to go into any "petition relates to". The facts speak for themselves.

Thank you Simone and everyone else who has signed. There is a difference between bail and Recognizance but I did look it up in the dictionary to get an exact picture and the dicctionary explained about money and property and I will gladly quote from the dictionary but I think it's a waste of time. These two people above me, especially the LWS or whatever, don't appear to care about the facts. THE FACTS, THE EVIDENCE. THE DANGER.

Anything thing, Keku, you don't know the laws in New York or the courts in Long Island.
Stick to what you know. I will gladly quote the dictionary in a moment. What a waste of time.
