This isn't about over growth. This is all about the CATTLEMEN, who want all the open/free range for their meat on hoofs! Please, do not confuse the issue with rhetoric.

ok if your going to clear off the horses then get the dammed cows off public land !! this is what happens when you put a hunter/rancher incharge of managing our wildlife !! the animals will loose everytime !!all he and others of his ilk, want for the horses is there slaughter! i still haven't heardd of any explaination as to why cow peoples are allowed to graze on public land for free?they sell the cows and make a profit ,and give nothing back to the people for the use of the peoples land.what a croc!! thank you Simone.

98% cover up propaganda and the other 2% facts to mislead the American Public. They seem to perceive Americans as a bunch of sheep and they can spew misinformation and we eat it up. As usual these ignorant's in Government do not have any conception that we do have a mind of our own and are pretty dam* good at finding the truth. Giddy up America. This is not just about saving OUR American Wild Horses and Burros on OUR Public Lands but also investigating Government agencies that run rogue and cover up their personal agendas and illegal practices for special interest. ROUNDUPS have to stop and a clear and CLEAN investigation has to follow. This is OUR taxpayer dollars, OUR wildlife, OUR intent by majority rule and it's time the "powers that be" (PUBLIC SERVANTS/POLITICIANS) remember who they work for. We gave them the power and we can take it away.

There's enough space, they are at home and they have food for millions of them. Live them alone, what an ordeal this Salazar man.

That man (monster) makes me sick at my stomach!!! Has he even seen these horses in the wild. They are far from starving and they have natural predators. If he had bothered watching the PBS Cloud Herd documentary he was had learned that mountain lions have attacked and killed many of these horses, esp the younger ones ( that made me sad). Like someone before me said, these horses are cleared off public land to be replaced by at lest four times as many privately owned cattle! What a corupt, unethical, inhumane, sorry individual!!! God Bless these beautiful wild horses; let them live on their land in peace!

Unmitigated bullshit to bambozle the public into accepting more cattle ranch exclusivity. Why don't these departments ever speak the truth or are they still fittedf with the forked tongues that they conned the First Nations out of their land with!
