Thanks for the story Simone. Being from India, I am very much aware of the ill fate of the tigers in India ... although they are called the kings and queens of the jungle, poaching, poisoning and inhumane attitude are endangering the lives of these beautiful animals. In some parts of India poaching of tigers is the only source of income of the locals who are driven to engage in such cruel deeds due to sheer poverty they cannot come to terms with. Besides, the natural food for the tigers in the jungles are becoming scarce, which in turn force them into maneaters sneeking into fields and neighboring areas and attacking humans. They are then either caught and imprisoned or shot on the spot. Certain tourist guides and drivers of cars taking tourists through forests for jungle trekking simply run over little cubs for fun... I wonder how much more of such cruelty we are left to see ... the future of these tigers are truly doomed and the only predicament is 'death'
