Spring is here! Bears are waking up hungry around Western Washington. Some might be leaving dens that were in the forest when they went to sleep. They might be waking up on the edge of a subdivision. Mountain lions will be out hunting. Wolves, coyotes

There used to be plenty for all creatures. The arrinal of Europeans to North and South America 500 years has decimated wildlife habitat.

For people who want to raise animals that pedators consider food - a really good fence goes a long way!!
I wish everyone would leave the Wildlife alone!!
Thanks Simone.

When I lived in Portland Oregon, occassionally a cougar would come into the city. They say a cougar's territory is 150 miles and usually those that came in the city were young and got chased out of another cougar's territory. Sounds like preditors need a lot of room. It's not the animals that are the problem, it's the people. Unfortunately when animals get in the way of people, they animals are killed. I think we need to limit the number of kids humans can have and reduce the human population. Two professors at my Univerisity did a study and concluded that the earth cannt sustain anymore humans.

Où sont donc passées leurs proies naturelles?????
Elles ont certainement périclité suite à la venue de l'homme sur ces terres!!
