Perhaps the new owner of the lost dog that Nala found would like to take her as reward!

I agree with Chris; I think Nala and Chadwick belong together. Maybe Chadwick's person will adopt Nala...it sounds like they're destined to be together! TY Simone.

What a precious animal. Please someone in the area who will be good to this dog, adopt Nala. Nala deserves an award. Good publicity would help show that this breed is not bad. (We know it, but others need to know too.)

Chalk up one for the pits. She may be a mix but they get bad raps too. People need to start hearing about all the good stories about them. They are great dogs., mixes or not.

Not sure I'd return the cocker to the owner, since the article said the dog had run away a week ago. Why did he run away? I hope Nala gets adopted into a wonderful home!

Thank you Simone for this post. More nad more good stories need to get out there so Pits regain their good reputation. Countires like Ireland ban them and shelters kill them w/o a chance. All because of humans and their cruelty. They train these poor creatures to fight and kill; like the monster Michael Vick. He gets rewarded for his cruelty , the dogs suffer.

Noted. Great story ! What an fantstic dog - i wish she was closer to me - I would be proud to have her as my dog .And if i were the people that adopted Chadwick - I would be adopting nala who saved Chadwicks' life - as a companion for him . Best wishes to Nala !
