I am asking for your VOTE to ban GMO CROPS and to stop using chemical fertilizers, by using organic methods to stop pollution and disease that is running ramped in America and spreading across the world. Making any plant genetically altered to resist

Done, thanks Simone. All the people who work for Monsanto must be "mad scientists" out to destroy the world and they need to be stopped!

Ok, throw stones at me. I urge you to read the letters carefully, and make edits if necessary.

GM is concerning. I agree with Constance that it is generally best to read the letters and edit them as one wishes.

Just wondering if there is a specific way to ethically bring down the Monsanto Corp?

They have their tentacles in with Law firms, the US Gov, they're trying to invade EU with GMO crops, Indian farmer suicides because of them, USDA in their pocket ...I mean its just insanely disgusting that this company is still free to reign and do what-ever they please.

What can be done to stop them?

A lifelong Iowan, I am ashamed that my beautiful state's contribution to the ongoing GMO/Monsanto attack on our country's food supply--and tht of the entire planet-- includes the pro-GMO/Monsanto activity of former Iowa governor, now-U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack.

I am sickened and appalled that the Monsanto conglomerate, in its greed and desire to monopolize our food supply, enjoys a secure position in the Obama cabinet, guaranteed by the efforts of Sec. Vilsack on its behalf.

The petition is a good start, but aggressive pressure must be exerted upon our state and federal elected officials to block Monsanto and assure wholesome, clean food for Americans and all the people of the world.
The media are conspicuousaly silent on this issue, no doubt thanks to pressure from pro-Monsanto forces, so economic attacks continue against small family farms, organic farming operations and co-ops.

To read about the plight of small, organic farms and co-ops, run searches on "Monsanto-backed attacks on organic farms and co-ops" and "organic farms and co-ops under attack".
