I am not understanding why they should not be allowed to attend the Memorial. Anyone who has been effected by this tragedy should be there if they choose to.

Anyone involved on that terrible day should be allowed to be a part of the healing process, no one should be told they can't attend, It has taken its toll on the entire nation, let these people go to this, aho.
