There are now as many as 500 horses literally starving to death,'breathing skeletons' some of these horses were already in poor condition to begin with and this petition is two fold.

Egypt is one of my favourite countries, but lately their less than stellar treatment of their animals is making me think I never want to go there again. Signed, noted, thanks Simone.

The lack of tourist trade having anything to do with humanely taking care of their animals is such a stupid thing to read. No tourist money, no food food for the horses?
People died so people like this could live in a democracy?

Signed and noted. This is why humans should NOT breed animals. There are just too many of them, and then jerks like this can't even properly care for them. It's insanity that humans have been given so much power over nature... Signed and noted.

This is certainly a cause that IFAW or WSPA or HSI could champion. Already signed. Thanks for posting.
