There may be fewer than 3,200 tigers left in the wild in the entire world, but you might be surprised at how easy it is to own one of the big cats in Ohio. Or eighteen of them.

For every action there is a reaction. According to the law of karma, if we cause
pain and suffering to other living beings, we must endure pain and suffering in
return, both individually and collectively. We reap what we sow, in this life and
the next, for nature has her own justice. No one can escape the law of karma

Petition signed, thanks. Kasich (Governor do-nothing unless there's something in it for him) is still an idiot.

So the governor won't sign a complete ban because it might hurt small businesses? No small business should own exotic tigers (3200 left in the wild) or any other exotic animal. I think the governor needs a wake up call, especially when 92,000Care 2 people signed a petiition banning the ownership of these magnificent creatures.A sanctuary with responsible knowledgeable people should be the exception to the rule. Anything less is simply cruel.

Signed. I live in Ohio, I did not and never will vote for Kasich. I have signed petitions in the past on ownership of exotic animals in this state.

Truly sad that at the end, 49 innocent animals paid with their lives because some psycho decided to keep them as 'exotic pets'!

Sadly, Ohio is one of those states with almost no laws against animal cruelty, and having a Tiger, Lion, Bear, etc, etc, in captivity is animal cruelty!!!
