Here is the one hundred twelfth article in our Republicans on Parade series, featuring individuals who personify what the Republican Party has become. Today’s honoree is Republican Representative for Arizona’s 2nd Congressional District, Martha McSally She is so honored for her Republican bigotry and hatred.

Not willing to wear an abaya. My God. That also shows terrible fashion taste. Let me demonstrate.

Those are just two examples of abayas Muslim women can wear ... both of which are much more attractiive than what McSally is wearing, not counting the academic gown, in which she herself look s terrible. (Any woman can actually wear these ... they don't ask your religion at checkout.)

Thx for sharing TC. Am too claustrophobic to wear a get-up like that (don't even like hats)! But there's no need for her vituperative rant...

What a difference between McSally and Lt Colonel Amy McGrath, Democrat from Kentucky also running for Congress. Wouldn’t it be great to see these two women running against each other.

McSally fits perfectly into the role of the Ugly American!

Resist, Persist, Remove!!!

Silence is Consent!!!

The “landmine joke” is as old as the Middle Eastern conflict; I must have heard it some 25 years ago, some time before she’s telling it to her audience. It must have been around many troupes stationed in the ME. It didn’t bode well for a future politician that had to pass off an Islamophobic stale joke as her own experience.

And it did go “downhill from there…” didn’t it. She really deserves her place on Republicans on Parade with her increasingly extreme right-wing policies:

taking a new and strident anti-immigration tone. She fiercely opposed a clean bill to establish protections for children of undocumented immigrants brought to the country as kids, attacked Democrats pushing for protections for those DREAMers as “choosing illegals over our American troops and 9 million children,” and even warned that in addition to Trump’s proposed border wall with Mexico, Arizona might need another border wall to keep immigrants from California from entering her state.

Pathetic, scared and frightened people who believe they have their backs against the wall. They have a short circuit in their intellect and have a emotional impediment at conceiving of the unfamiliar outside of a narrow cultural band. Here is again an example of undiagnosed and untreated pathological paranoia. Martha McSally, sad, pathetic, and too weak minded to distinguish reality from irrational fear.

Nothing against the mentally ill, however society can't afford to let pathological thought processes be the basis for governance of a healthful, forward moving society. It's the great thing about our society and form of governance, we can elect the mentally ill to government, but it likely won't help us achieve our human potential, and we probably shouldn't. It will do her an others no good to allow them to believe that they represent reality, we have an obligation to help the mentally ill and not enable them.
