Judging from the idiotic behavior of about half the country, you could never recognize this fact. In a democratic republic the most precious possession of every citizen is their right to vote. When someone interferes with your right to have your vote counted, you do not live in a democratic republic. You live in a Republican Reich. Republicans are doing everything inhumanly possible to steal votes.

In Georgia, it got so bad that Brian Kemp's signature was questioned at the polling place.  Of course, that didn't hold (don't you wish it had?), but seriously.

The governor's race in Georgia is still up in the air, but a couple judicial rulings and the discovery of over 30,000 uncounted votes give hope that Abrams will pull off a win.

These repugs may think that they are getting away with this ballot counting crap, but it;s been turning around and kicking them tight back in the butt, and the Democrats have been winning. So hang in there, Freya, Stacey still has a major chance at winning.
Thanks TomCat

Just read one of FL's counties' recount machine overheated and shut down...
For Senate, CA's votes count the least...that's why GOP has control while losing popular vote...yet CA is giving even more of a House majority than it first appeared as the second Katie pulled out ahead of MimiWaters in a district including some of Orange County, birthplace some say of the John Birch Society...

Trumphy is saying, I saw on CNN, that voters are using disguises to vote a second time.  This is lunatic drivel.Tuck Carlson wants to know what's so wrong about Nationalism, also lunatic drivel.

It’s all too sad really. These are images and reports from a country that thumped itself on the chest for “bringing democracy”, to the Middle East. That didn’t work out as planned, but that’s hardly surprising, is it?

No,'s not! What's clear is that, in a nation where so many people just don't bother to vote...the pressure lately has caused a resurgence in interest! Maybe, as a nation, we've actually LEARNED something?

There is so much insanity in the Republican base, encouraged by Republican "leaders" & CONservative Media.. I don't think there's enough mental health experts in this country to treat them all! It's as if they were waiting for the green light to be OPENLY abusive & raging lunatics..has Nestle bottled Flint Water for Republicans? The first thing Democrats have to do is Restore Voting Rights! 2020 is closer than we think and hopefully we'll still be here to Resist & Persist!

Everything I read makes me think you need a complete overhaul of your voting system, not just a few bandaids. It's complicated and corrupt and not easy for the average voter.

And really, just how many people are going to be bothered to spend the time to vote twice? Enough to have any effect on the outcome? I doubt it!

Even for "progressive" Care2 this is a really dumb thread! The record on stealing elections goes to the Demagogue Party with no contest at all. From JFK's bootlegging Nazi loving daddy buying him his 1960 POTUS "win", through Al Franken(steins) "win" over Norm Coleman in their Senate race a few years ago thanks to repeated "found" votes and Soros's "Secretary of State Project", to all the "miracle" recounts with found ballots" that just "happened" to flip the bulk of recounts in favor of the Dem candidate, this whole article is pure "progressive" nonsense! Keep in mind as well that the apparent criminal hanky-panky in FL this year was in two Dem counties (one with a long history if voter fraud) but the spread was too great to make up the votes for the Dem to win the Governor and Senate races although they did try hard and even managed to not get recount results in on time since it actually showed more GOP votes.
