To me, the real "radicals" are the so-called "conservatives" who are pushing and pulling us into radical fascism as fast as they can. (IF you were going to do this tomorrow, I apologize.)

MSNBC - It almost looks like the Trump regime is picking these people deliberately to determine how far they can go without getting stopped, and when they can go as far as they want, Katy, bar the door! (I do have to add this about blackmail: during the "lavender scare" of the 50', 60', and into the 70's, NOT ONE GAY PERSON was blackmailed into espionage.)

NYT - Yeah. Just because you have lived during specific historical times does not mean you understand them. And he doesn't. And if he doesn't understand something that obvious, what else doesn't he understand? Here's a sort of thought experiment: the next time you are talking with a snowbird who winters in the old south, and he or she describes one of the permanent residents of the area as "the nicest person you'd ever want to meet," respond, "If you're white," and see what happens. And I'm not picking on the South as being especially racist. I'm suggesting it is the South that has the reputation for "civility" - northern racists are often less polite.

WW - Kudos to Chloe Eudaly! Every city and municipality should have a clone of her.

Cartoon - Even though it hasn't always been perfect, that was a good day for workers, and more days like it are needed, world wise.

RESIST AND PERSIST !!!
I missed Juneteenth yesterday - happy belated to all.

MSNBC: dt & Pence are both sneaky snakes. Unreal.

NYT: Go take a seat, Joe, and sit down.

WW: Awesome news! Wish I lived in OR.!!! WTG!!

Cartoon: YAY!

It's humid here. Hope that you have a good day. I've got a meeting to go to, and then lunch w/some gal pals. Take care, and Thanks, Tom.

Who's radical? Depends on how you define radical.

Just for something interesting and relevant. Today, suddenly, on Twitter this IDENTICAL tweets began appearing.
"Why I’m voting for Donald Trump in 2020:

- 4 million+ new jobs
- 400 miles of Wall Built
- 450,000 new manufactuing jobs
- Biggest tax cuts in history
- Median household income highest ever
- 3.9 million Americans off food stamps

It’s not about politics. It’s about results!"

People were actually responding, debating. Not thinking. Identical posts means bots, so I started looking every single one I looked at was an account opened in March 2009. Which means Putin has been conducting, or planning, this cyberwar on this country for at least 10 years. Our Senate majority leader refuses to allow any legislation to the floor to address election security. Of course, others noticed too, and are reporting and blocking those bots, Twitter will spot and mass remove them, but the real point is, here, 17 months to our election, Russia is already massively attempting to influence the outcome. Why the Democratic Party itself is afraid to call this out for what it is just is beyond me. They huff and they puff and do nothing else. It's almost as if they were bought off too. If you are too afraid to put your toe in the water, you will never learn to swim. This edition of the DFL seems okay with drowning. Damn.

Not a JB fan, but if somehow he wins primary I will vote with him.....Fall in love in primary, in line in general....more Dems than not in this country and in purple states, it just depends on which party holds together and gets out and votes....every vote counts

MSNBC: Agree with your comment TC that pEnce is just as evil as his leader. Both real devils.
NYT: Really a shame that things aren't registering with Joe. Living in the past is going to make him suffer.
WW: Good for Chloe Eudaly. Wish other state and city leaders would do the same.
It's a cool day here, might get 40% chance of rain tonight into tomorrow. Hope it gets better there for you.
Take care. Thanks TomCat

Thanks and TGIF Hugs to all. 😻

Kudos to Gene. Great research! I think Bought Mitch Mitch is depending on Russian help as much as his Fuhrer is.

3:43. MSNBC: I've always considered Pence far worse than Agent Orange. He is more aware of how the government works, so has more ability to make things worse. This just adds another nail in his coffin. More and more fuel to add treason to both of them.

NYT: Old habits die hard, and Biden has had years to develop these habits. Not my first choice...

WW: Excellent news. Now more states should follow suit.

Thanks for the post, TomCat. I'm not enjoying the warmer weather (90 here today), but at least it wasn't too humid.
