Take action - urge the Service to choose a path of tolerance and co-existence as it finalizes this rule that'll ultimately determine Mexican wolves' future.

In the redcord of decision, USFWS admits that its flawed proposed final rule is so due to corrupt influence of state game commissions, cattelemens associations, etc. EVEN WHILE well over 2/3 of the citizens of NM and AZ want Mexican Wolves free.

Alternative 3 is the best, but flawed, due to "recovery" goal of 300-325. This number is insufficient by a factor of about 20, to prevent extinction.
Numerous studies can be cited showing that the likelihood of extinction will be assured at that low number.
Wildlife corridors need to be built across Interstate 40, The full areas of BLM public lnads, the Full NFs of Cibolla, San Juan, Kaibab, and others, need inclusion in the recovery area, with access for dispersal and genetic flow to the Northern Rockies - (historically, this existed, and must be reestablished)
