I cannot recall when I last drank cow's milk, at least 30 years. Now, I do eat oatmeal daily with hemp protein added. would like to try oatmeal drink.

This sounds wonderful. I love oats. They're so creamy and nutritious. You can also make great cheese substitutes out of oats. Check out "The Uncheese Cookbook" by Joanne Stepaniak.
