I just want to make an important point : Dont rush to hasty conclusions before you know the full story.
This is a general advice... Dont send people to the stack based on a shocking directive headline... (there are many example of this kind of error in our 'human' history...)
I found this interesting article where this man explains his encounter with the dolphin. Plz read before condemning this person. I know dolphins very well for having been in contact with them in their habitat... Dolphins are very close to humans... as said in the article... Our societies dictate us what is right or wrong... real life in larger than that... (I am not a zoophile, nor is it a fantasy in my mind), but i can easily conceive that a dolphin can fall in love with a human, and vice versa... i do call the dolphins 'humans of the sea'... that is how close they are from us... Plz take a little time to read this article.

Have to agree with Natasha here.
Milca I read the article you posted along with many others regarding this sicko. He admits to also having sex with his dog.
I haven't read one article that if this indeed take place I am swayed to thinking this was a consenting act.
Thank you Angela.

Thanx Nancy for having read the article i ve published... it is hard for me to have a definite opinion (who could really pretend so?...) as i dont know that person.
His story could be true, from what i know about dolphins, their behavior, character, personnalities etc. But I should really have a conversation with him to confirm my feeling about the matter...
So, in the meantime, i would not allow myself to send this man into the claws of justice.
He didnt do any harm to the dolphin, that is my personal feeling.
If the dolphin didnt want to have intercourse with that man, believe me, he would no have a chance to do so. The dolphin would have given him a warning, and eventually would have harmed, stunned or killed him.
A dolphin is very agile in the water, humans are not. A dolphin is mainly made on very powerful muscles. Humans are very vulnerable in water environment. It is impossible for this man to rape a dolphin in its environment (water).
Beastiality is a word used with animals in general. Dolphin are closer to humans than they are from animals. They have a conscience of themselves, they think, understand, build strategies, take decisions (alone or in group!) They can 'scan' us and express themselves even if they dont speak our human language.
This is why the term 'beastiality' is more an insult to the dolphin, that describing what happened between the dolphin and this man.
Thank you for reading.

This shouldn't go on in our society! And we shouldn't let it!
