When a neighbor saw the puppy chewing on his shoes, he chased the dog away & confronted the owner. The owner apologized & offered to pay for the damage. Instead of taking payment, the neighbor took a large sword and hacked off the puppys front legs.

For sure, Angie, that kind of malicious, sadistic action from an Entity in the Human Kingdom to One in a lower Kingdom will always find its way back to its originator.

The present state of our world is proof.

Thank you to the owner and the Soi Dog Foundation for giving our friend another chance in life!!

My mind is left boggling after watching this. What kind of evil maniac cuts off a playful pups legs because he chewed your shoe? Bloody Hell! It's only a shoe for gads sake and the owner offered to pay for shoes. No this bloke should have someone rock up to his door with a big sword and announce they are there to cut off his legs and watch the cruel coward run like hell. His evil bravado would leave him very quickly as it does all cruel cowards.
