This is just ONE case of the Obama Administration's acts of wanton negligence, so what's next?

... Don't ask!!

And the White House's excuse for this 'mishap' is a communications breakdown, so that President Obama obtained plausible denial ability.

It appears that Pink has gone anti-Green now from all the neg. threads about this company. Certainly helps to kill the movement when one post so many threads like this one about the one failed company, but that's what the right is hoping for with this and other about it on care2 obviously . One failed Green business and now the intire funding for it is at risk with the help of those who keep making this out to be a bigger deal than it is....far more Green busness succeed than fail and many repay or are repaying their loans.

While I'm thinking of it Pink...you said some time back that you thought both Dems. and Repubs. are the problem but you only post neg. articles about Obama, never any about the rightcrazywing, that I've noticed. Nothing about how the rightwing are stalling progress in congress with their 'no' saying and hostage taking of things in order to get their way 100% as 'comprimise ' isn't enough for them.

Perhaps you should just come on out and say that you are a TeaBagger if that's the case, as it is what it appears that you, and most of those in your group are...from what I been told/hear...which is..hear-say only to myself as I'm not really interested enough to check that out personally...anyway....which is it Pink....are you just anti-Obama ...or Anti-Repub/Dem. both...? My guess is that you are just anti-Obama and Pro-TeaBagger ....judging by your hord of anti-Obama threads almost daily lately , along with the anti-Green articles.....which is your choice and right to do of course. It's just that you said you were not for either the Dem. or Repubs. and were pro-green but you've been proving almost the opposite with these daily anti-Obama and neg. Green industry threads lately. Just my opinion on all accounts of course but then that's all most all of your comments on these threads are or suggest.

Personally I prefer to read an article on a thread and then the personal opinions of others about the topic, instead of the endless copy and paste of links to no where or wherever they go. That was something that Hans/Paul use to constantly do that turned many people off , but it was his choice to do of course. We all know that Hans was just a 'shell'..fake ID/profile...and eventually was banned from care2..oh heck, I digress with that line of thinking. Anyway...this comment is just my thoughts and a few questions about your thread topics and 'purpose' in posting them etc..

Seeing as how Pink prefered only to post anti-obama anti-Green articles lately, that I've noticed, I am going to do as Pink does ..this time... by offering a link for those interested in reading more of both sides of this story. It is a care2 link to the site of the article...which starts off with this :

"Republicans have seized on the Solyndra controversy to go on a witch-hunt against all clean energy programs authorized by the Department of Energy. Instead of narrowly scrutinizing the loan that subsidized Solyndra, a company that utilized a Republican-created program and had initially gained approval from the Bush administration, Republicans are on a war path to defund all clean energy programs — despite the fact that these Republicans previously were proponents of the program when it helped clean energy companies in their districts. As Climate Progress’ Stephen Lacey has reported, Republicans are now expanding their inquisition to include killing a program that employs veterans to install solar panels.
As Lacey and others have reported extensively, Republicans have exploited Department of Energy clean energy programs for years without complaint. Some senators and representatives who voted to slash funds for ATVM (Alternative Technology Vehicle Manufacturing) loans previously urged the Department of Energy to speed up its approval process. Above, ThinkProgress compiled pictures of Republican lawmakers taking credit for DOE clean energy and green jobs grants. "

How anyone can say it is better off today with the government taking control of the auto business, the Health Care Business the Banks and the list goes on and on they have their eyes closed! The only thing that will help this country is to get him out!

You can't win all of the time. This clitch shouldn't over shadow all the good that was done, and will be done. The Bush guys screwed tax payers WAY more than this one, only they ended up with money in their pockets. This was an honest mistake on the side of our president. Some advisors need to be replaced though.

Thank-you for the article. There is a saying about making a mountain out of a molehill. Out of the previous comments of substance, I found it interesting that only one, Sherry D."s, had a positive tone to it. I'm not politically inclined & thus am not for or against out present president. While some may have a crystal ball it is used for decorative purposes only as no one can predict the future by using it. Imagine what could happen if all worked together for the betterment of our country. But then again, miracles don't really happen...or do they???

Lo to you PinkMindy, let me see you are saying that compared to the corporate take over of America, the Solyndra bankruptcy is the big issue for the citizens of the United States of America, I do not like to be mean, or nasty, but here is what you need to do at your next opportunity, have a friend give you a waterboard treatment from the good old George W. Bush (Dick Cheany, Don Rumsfeld) days and then ask yourself which had had more of a negative impact on the American citizen, things like The Glass/Steagall Act, something that really wrecked our country, or the Solyndra bankruptcy. But you are not interested in the things that are the real problems in our country, me thinks you are not Pink but really RED.

This is in response to Dale's comment: I have asked others via comments left & emails about not receiving butterfly credits for activities due. C2 needs to upgrade their system or give it a good overhaul. They owe me ~ 1000 credits from my doing assorted activities. After putting time & thought into my comments I find it more than a bit frustrating when I don't get the credits. I've seen the points flash when I submit but they are not reflected in my credits earned. The type of activity does not matter either. They say that leaving a comment when signing a petition is beneficial so I leave a comment that is erased when I sign. I have sent numerous help forms & only get the auto-response that my email has been received. I'm not allowed to give green stars b/c I have no friends. I keep saying I'm not here to make friends, I'm here to help others. And that's the worst part of not getting credits, aside from feeling like your time has been wasted. I have spent too much time & at times it's to my own expense. Again I ask for & will truly appreciate any suggestions or advise. I wish this helps you Dale & I thank-you for reading this.

This is exactly why we need the ecological sustainability, and monetary reform ("Greening the Dollar") platform of the Green Party. No more 2-Party system! Another US is possible, and another Party is necessary.

Could be true Andy. So why isn't PM running tons and I mean tons of pro-green party articles, stating their platforms and their people etc. etc. instead of essentially a single mega campaign driven to villify Obama?
Doesn't make sense. There's such a thing as Construction and not just Destruction.
