There are studies that contradict this study. Each body is different and have limits. What works for one may not help another. This is not to say you shouldn't walk and exercise, but that you may not need to go to extremes for same benefit.

Thanks for sharing. Scientists are confirming that exercise even has a positive effect at the cellular level. Sedentary life no good!
