the removal of hundreds of wild horses from the Adobe Town & Salt Wells Creek Herd Management Areas in Wyoming. This roundup is highly objectionable because the wild horse population for the entire complex is within the established Allowable amount SIGN

Signed, thanks. I am so mad about this, I am sick and tired of ranchers sucking the teat of the American taxpayer, using BLM land, and then proposing to kill all wildlife that may hurt their precious cows. You want to help the wild mustangs, burros, bison, and wolves - STOP EATING MEAT. Boycott meat.

Ty Florence.

Thank you for taking the time to act on behalf of America's wild horses and burros. Your comments on the proposed roundup of the Swasey herd have been individually sent to the Bureau of Land Management.

"The indifference, callousness and contempt that so many people exhibit toward animals is evil first because it results in great suffering in animals, and second because it results in an incalculably great impoverishment of the human spirit. All education should be directed toward the refinement of the individual's sensibilities in relation not only to one's fellow humans everywhere, but to all things whatsoever." ―Ashley Montagu

"The worst sin towards our fellow creatures is not to hate them, but to be indifferent to them. That's the essence of inhumanity." ―George Bernard Shaw

"The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated." ― Mohandas K. Gandhi

The BLM's treatment of our beloved wild horses, and its flouting of the Wild Horse and Burro Act is criminal! Gladly noted and signed, thank you Florence!

Wake up citizens. The BLM will NOT be satisfied until it has wiped all the mustangs and burros off the lands of America. In turn, it WILL quite happily hand over the grazing lands to its 'fat-assed' friends, the ranchers. The horses and burros are then very, very quietly sold to the BLM's equally 'fat-assed' friends, the kill-buyers who then send the horses to Mexico or Canada to be slaughtered and exported for human consumption. Do you honestly think the BLM gives a fig about the thousands and thousands of horses that are currently being held in stations throughout America. Don't forget though, once the horses and burros have gone, that's it, like the Dodo, they're gone. Never to roam the American lands again, never to be seen as an icon of the 'old world' never to be seen as a major tourist attraction. No they'll be gone, gone to satisfy the greed of the BLM , who thinks nothing of trading in the misery and destruction of these creatures. The BLM who are quite happy to see these creatures slaughtered and served on the dinner-plate.

Signed. Leslene and Janet are 100% correct, as is Irene. Stop supporting the cattle/ livestock industries and stop eating meat. Horses and burros do not have support on state and federal levels. It is up to the citizens to speak up for these amazing and endangered beings.

Thanks to everyone for signing its so very upsetting to see almost every other week that the BLM is rounding up more and more wild horses and burros who arent bothering anyone except cattle who shouldnt be grazing there in the first place im convinced tha the BLM is getting kick backs or out right payments for these hoeses and borro's either from the auction houses or the slaughtering plants maybe even cattle owners or all the above something is going on i just wish i knew what!
