There are a number of people, who choose to go for tattoo designs, which are not only stupid but also have an ugly look.

Beauty is in the eye of beholder-in some cases in the eye of the inked. I do think the guy with "stupid" tatooed on his forehead may have some career issues as he ages.

Who says style just goes out of fashion, the whole tattoo situation may look cool but seeing all those middle aged women with stupid Tattoos is a bit too much especially when they bend over it makes me envy the blind.

They're interesting, though I'm not big on tattoos. My thinking is the body is the temple that houses the soul and it's not such a good idea to desecrate the temple. But thats just me. To each his own and I'm not one of those people that wags my finger at others for they do to their own bodies.

To mar the human body with ink is not attractive to me

I have to say the artwork is impressive. I read not to long ago that people withOUT tattoos are now in the minority.

Tasteful tats, such as small symbols of a particular trade, a faith, or other permanent part of a person, placed in locations appropriate and not glaringly blatant, are usually acceptable. Huge displays of triviality are rather crass, but it's the wearer's skin, not mine, so I'll ignore them if they're blurry and broken but compliment them if they show evidence of caring for a cleanly-applied tat. As far as 'the body being a temple', I acknowledge there is a difference between decoration (like my small shoulder tat of Thor's Hammer) and desecration (a full back spread of a Greek temple augury). Henna is a great way to try it out before committing to permanent markings.

Tattoo's are nice when used for a purpose, but when one looks like a walking comic book, thats gone too far. I have some of my own but I don't look like a game board.

If you want a tattoo, I prefer you get a rub on tattoo and wear it for a while to see if you want it for life. Cause once a real tattoo is their you have it for life. If you have a tattoo removed, then you have a scar. Same with body piercings.

What were these people thinking and more importantly how will the ones with facial tattoos ever get a job?

How are these people going to feel when they in their 80's because they will look a dreadful mess

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If someone cares enough to take the time, money, and pain to put a permanent symbol on themselves, well America is the home of the free.

Whenever I see young people covering there bodies with tattoos I chuckle inside because I see them as they will appear on the wrinkled body. Wonder how they will view their youthful antics then? You got it Kim O. A load of boneheads.

Love tattoos! I have 6 and plan on getting MANY more. Lots of people have said it, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder. More power to them for not being afraid to express themselves!

All of my tattoos have a spiritual meaning, or are a memorial for a loved one that has passed. I consider them a rite of passage and a map of the "places," both good and bad, where I have been in my life. I don't think I would mar those by placing something as trivial as some of these crazy ones that I have just seen.
