Yes I think this is wrong, if someone was suspected of a crime but we're not sure then depending on the circumstances it should be treated as guilty till proven innocent and just give them the punishment and put them in jail but there's no need to torture them like this. You cannot just torture ppl.

Looks like we are once again up against the question of whether non-citizens have any rights under the Constitution. My feeling is yes, of course they do, and if we are not prepared to treat them as having ALL rights under our Constitution then we should deport them to where their rights are determined by their own countries' laws. But to run them through our judicial system, the real one or a fake one we have designed for this, without affording them Constitutional rights is to have blood on our hands. Yes, I realize we already do have blood on our hands from other programs, and I am opposed to those too.

The citizens of this country have become amoral, evil people. We are so irresponsible we let the Government carry on its atrocities at home and afar as if it is a separate entity from ourselves. Hate to say, it is NOT. The Government does all of this in OUR NAMES! Weather our government tortures a man overseas or our police gun down an innocent child in the street WE The People are pulling the trigger or pouring the water. This is OUR government. When are we going to finally stand up and take it back???
