"Other culprits include house cleaners, air purifiers & sprays.
Cooking activities like roasting & frying can also pollute the air in your home."

i have never used a toaster because i don't eat bread, scented candles i gave up a while ago due to the fire hazard, i don't fry any food & i roast very rarely!
i use a humidifier to which i add pure essential oils & a Himalayan Salt lamp on my computer desk.

Thanx Frank ☮️

Important information. Never use bread around the house. Try to avoid all others.
Thanks Frank

And chronic illnesses have probably quadrupled Chrissie!
i would rather have quality rather than quantity when it comes to life expectancy!
