This coward needs to come out of hiding and face poaching charges.. He is no stranger to this kind of crime.
Anyone helping him should face charges as well

You would be surprised Natasha - the authorities in these countries know that the threat of serious jail time in Africa, India, South and Central America and other foreign lands - can act as a real deterrent to others. For this reason they will often sentence to prison rather than fine. You may remember Mark Thatcher and the man who was sentenced to many years in jail in Equitorial Guinea - Mark Thatcher scared witless - escaped the notorious jailhouse there - the other man served long and hard time - and it showed the world that Equitorial Guinea was having none of it - and fines for such rogues would be just too easy. The authorities in these countries often oppress their own peoples - and take great delight in being able to bring foreigners to book in a way that both humiliates and degrades on the one hand - and sends a loud message to the world on the other. Let us hope and pray that they don't let him off with a huge fine - you know what Mugabe is like for money - and the Wildlife Services come directly under his Government authority - he has no scruples - and given a chance to fine the pants off Palmer - rather than jail him - he may just force the Courts (again, under his dictatorship) down the money-grabbing route. The only white Zimbabweans who really kn ow how to survive there under Mugabe - tend to be those who are willing and eager to do his terrible bidding and share in the spoils. It was the National Parks Authority remember, for which these guides and 'researchers' work - that captured and sold the baby elephants to China - Mugabe gave the orders - but he couldn't round them up by himself.

It shows just what is wrong with the "entitled" mind set of anything they can pay for is their right to do. Destroy, damage, break, begrudge, insult, all is just fine if you pay for it. It starts with "one". A journey of a thousand miles starts with one step...and so it goes. Stop this, and move on, to the next issue. You can't get them to see that saving the environment and animals contributes to saving themselves. Trophy hunting, trophy homes, trophy wife's, trophy this or that...is what the lazy and incompetent settle for as a emblem of being better than everyone else. If he's not extradited, then out him on trial here, and punish him here. Matter's not to me...just like it mattered not to him, when he picked up the gun and shot.

What about the guides and everyone else in the company that got paid. ALL of them need to go to jail for the rest of their natural days!

I think the young lady who parades her trophy killing on facebook, it would be nice to see her face consequences for her killing.
