A new study has discovered a molecular pathway that is a key determinant of the aging process and could explain why eating less could extend lifespan.

We are blessed with so much bounty in the United States. We do seem to overdo everything, and that includes eating. Even a little self control people, and you will feel better for it.

This less eating idea has been mooted for a good while.As we age we really don't need to stuff ourselves.I personally do not like that FULL feeling.

UMMMM...Really don't care for sweets and normally don't eat, but YIPES lately since I have had so much loss YEP, feed the MOUTH!!!

Thank goodness my Doctor said I haven't put on to much after a year of EATING LIKE GANG BUSTERS I GAINED 5 lbs...must because I have to run my rescue!!!
