Congress is moving toward reform of the US foster care system. For many victims of statesâEUR(TM) so-called child protective services, this reform is long overdue. Thousands of stories on CPS corruption have flooded social media showing the system is broken.

Signed. I know some about living in a foster home. I did from the age of 8, when I became an orphan, and for a couple of years. The worst time of my life! Then I lived with my older sister until I was 17 and became a seaman.
No, don't worry...I will not tell the story of my life. It's in my book "A fart in Universe" Know-what-I-mean...?

Foster Care/Adopt Programs need to be reformed in many ways. These are children! They are not just a number on a file jacket within the court system. Foster Parents should have rights as they are vested in the child having them in their care each day, sometimes for weeks, months, years. They know these children not the GAL's, the Social Workers, the Attorney Generals, nor Physchologist who meets with them for mere hours in a the life of a child, nor Judges whom never lay eyes on them. Reform is a must for the child/childrens sakes.
