i have been prohibited from having black tea, i'm susceptible to oxalate kidney stones & apparently according to my eurologist tea is a no-no.
Love coffee but i'm cautious & try to stick to 5 cups a day as it's highly acidic & i only use Oxfam fair trade organic.

Thanx Cat

Me? Love spices and any spiced tea... chai, matcha and all those! Oolong, jasmine, green teas, equinacea... you name it!
