Monsanto has been under fire lately, and things aren't much different in Puerto Rico. The biotech giant is being criticized for refusing to testify at a government hearing regarding the sale on the island of their own genetically-modified seeds.

I have a qustion but since i can't find a forum to ask it here it is: How exactly these butterfly credits work. For example is care2 partnering with some organization which agree to save one turtle for every 2,000 credits ..and in the end of the month care2 show how much people given their credits for how many turles.Or these people are anyway going to do it and this is just DIDO ?

Since hearing that fast food joints are using their potatoes I will not go near them. Tried to avoid them even when their foodstuffs seemed safer this just tosses them over the top. I guarantee you that anyone that is employed or owns Monsteranto or any of their families never touch a single piece of their GM foods. They have no idea what they are doing.

Thanks for the info, Ray. Sounds like the gov't of Puerto Rico is as corrupt as so many other gov'ts. They gave Monsanto $4.9 million in subsidies to help cover payroll expenses?! Most of the info is just absolutely mind-boggling!

Monsanto also snubs common sense, the environment, healthy living, ethics, compassion and Monsanto embraces unfettered corporate greed, the hope to replace every natural plant with GMO versions (not to mention animals if it can swing that one too) along with sowing the seeds of destruction. Not a complete list by any means...feel free to add your own.
