Some 23,000 people gathered at the neolithic site of Stonehenge to mark this year's summer solstice. Others gathered at the nearby Avebury stone circle.

Thanks for sharing. Too crowded for my liking however. Someone needs to tell the woman that the native bonnet was only worn by men and they had to earn every feather that was in it, meaning it was a high honor and too long time to obtain and have the ability to wear it. In any case, it spoke of the person who had it on, you knew you were dealing with someone of high caliber, trustworthy, giving, caring, leadership.....don't suppose most care to know it as I see bonnets worn too many times by the ignorant. One would hope that those who are here would try to do a bit better.
