that's just the tip of the iceberg. china has 1.6 billion people and most eat or have tried dog meat. in a conservative estimate where one dog is eaten by 1,600 people per day brings the number of dogs eaten to one million a day. most of the dogs eaten don't go thru meat processing plants unless it's for city dwellers. the vast majority of dogs killed and eaten are by rural or semi-rural families that breed and raise them much like in america we do pigs and turkeys.
and the numbers are a lot more than one dog per every 1,600 persons. a lot more.

we should boycott china because each and every Chinese have either eaten a cat or dog. they should not be speaking in their native language instead they should be barking or meow like a cat.

All animals, whether destined for a life as food or as pets, should be treated humanely in all circumstances.
