Congress is planning on adopting a legislation entitled "The Safe Cosmetics and Personal Care Products Act of 2013" (SCPCPA) which looks to radically change how cosmetic products are regulated in the United States. United States do not require

There is absolutely nothing beautiful about testing cosmetics on animals. People need to put their own health on the line to test cosmetic safety. If they don't feel comfortable with that then they're using unsafe materials to make their products! Thanks for petition - I have signed and shared.

What? I thought we had already dealt with this. Oh no wait, that was Europe. They are prohibited from testing cosmetics on animals in the EU. They also can't put plastic in food there.
