What a depressing expose of what is going on in Indonesia. It totally explains the factory problems and casual attitude towards those deaths. So sad. I can imagine that anyone trying to help there must feel pretty hopeless.

From the title of this article, I was expecting this to be about the divide between rich and poor in general, or perhaps in the US. I had no idea things were so bad in Indonesia. America is far from perfect, but I feel fortunate to live here.
