Comcast Corp. threw in the towel on its attempt to buy Time Warner Cable amid rising pressure from regulators over the $45.2 billion deal that would have created a media giant.

Noted. Thanks, Freya. Yes, I'm a bit skeptical myself that this is the end. They are a giant monopoly that should not exist in its' present form. I now miss the days when I paid my bill to a much smaller entity; although my cable shut down every time we had a big storm.....the bill was much, much smaller.
