Well, as a RN, if I have three patients... one CEO, one middle class, and one lower/working class, I will treat them all the same. I won't give the CEO more respect just because he has a bajillion dollars. I do, however, seem to build better relationships with the middle class and lower/working class patients... they tend to be nicer and more appreciative of the services that the nursing staff gives, and they also seem to appreciate the non-nursing service providers as well, from housekeeping, nutrition, etc.
