The 25th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution provides for the succession of power when the president is "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office."

I would love to see tRump moved out, then, eventually in an orange jumpsuit, in Leavenworth prison...but I doubt that his cabinet will remove him. His cabinet people are too focused on their golden opportunity to destroy what is left of Democracy, and its trappings; all to focused on whoring themselves out to the fossil fuel, and other industries for a few pennies! Would Pence, the next POTUS promise them that they could stay in their dys-offices? (As in dysfunctional) Would his Theocratic bent scare them too much? Without tRump in office, they might just be marginalized, as Pence brings in the Pat Robertson types.

It's certainly getting to that stage, if it hasn't already reached it.

His base, Congress and Trump's administration have already allowed Trump to shame America in the eyes of the world. If they were to admit that Trump is mad enough to invoke the 25th amendment less than a year into his presidency, they would expose themselves and the country to so much derision and ridicule it would take America years to claw back any level of standing in the world. So Congress and Trump's administration will rather have him impeached when Mueller has finished his investigations, putting all the blame on him and maintaining they never had anything to do with Russia and never knew anything about it.
