Which is why corporations should be taxed and then the government can do cleanups without spending all of the time on expensive lawsuit over who it responsible or whose insurance company is responsible. It also the reason for regulation of impacts to our environment before hand but when that doesn't work society shares in cleaning up what it has profited on rather than years in court funding lawyers.
