Higher Education Should Be Accessible for Students in Prison

Right now, nearly one million students in prison cannot access higher education because of costs. Even though they work 40-hour work weeks, imprisoned people are paid as low as 8 cents an hour, if at all.

Prisoners in Australia have access to education, how else are these people expected to rehabilitate!!!

i couldn't sign, it seems to be state specific but doesn't say which state!
