I drink a lot of black coffee everyday from morning until evening. I have not problems sleeping nor does it affect my nerves. Thank you for the article.

Thank you for the info. I start each day with a cup of black coffee, and that's {usually} it for the day. Modest consumption seems to work best {for me}, as it has negative effects when overly high. While invigorating in the morning, it makes me sleep in the evening! There are also negative sides of coffee, for the sake of objectivity. Sustainably grown {to avoid deforestation} and fair trade coffee is to be preferred.
