I endeavor to do all these things. I have never smoked, I have cut back on my sugar intake (still need to have the occasional Reece's Peanut Butter Cup, tho), I try to stay hydrated and get enough sleep, and I definitely stimulate the ol' pink matter every day. Doing puzzles, forcing myself out of my comfort zone, finding that spoonful of sugar to help the medicine go down, and so on.
